Role Overview We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive responsible for cold calling on provided data, onboarding customers onto the LogyXpress portal, and ensuring they complete recharge and start shipping. The role is target-driven and focused on high-volume customer enrollment.

Key Responsibilities - Make outbound cold calls using company-provided data - Explain LogyXpress products, portal features, and benefits clearly - Onboard customers on the LogyXpress portal - Ensure customers complete wallet recharge - Assist customers in placing their first shipment - Achieve daily and monthly onboarding targets - Maintain accurate call logs and CRM updates - Follow up with interested leads to close conversions

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Daily Cold Calls Made - Customer Onboarding Count (Portal sign-ups) - Activated Accounts: Customers who recharge and start shipping - Minimum Target: At least 2 active onboarded customers per day - Conversion Ratio: Calls to onboarded customers - First Shipment Success Rate - Follow-up Closure Rate - CRM & Reporting Accuracy

Candidate Requirements - Graduate / 12th Pass (graduates preferred) - Strong communication and persuasion skills - Comfortable with cold calling and targets - Basic understanding of sales processes - Willingness to learn a tech-enabled logistics product - Familiar with CRM, calling tools, and basic Excel

Experience & Compensation - Fresher: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month - Experienced (1–3 years): ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Incentives can be linked to successful onboardings and activations)

Work Location - Sohna Road, Gurugram (On-site)
