Job Description – Civil Site Engineer (Immediate Joiner)

Ground Mounted Solar PV Project Experience:

4–7 Years (Mandatory) Location:

Satana, Nashik, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities: Execute site layout and marking as per approved GA drawings, foundation drawings, and layout plans. Plan and implement daily and weekly site activities in alignment with the approved project schedule. Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) to management. Prepare as-built drawings and support project handover documentation. Demonstrate strong knowledge of land surveying and site layout execution. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and timely project execution. Verify client documents and prepare accurate technical reports. Supervise and execute civil works including pile foundations, RCC works, pedestals, and structural foundations. Manage excavation, concreting, grouting, and other site activities as per approved drawings and BOQ. Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines. Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, store teams, and internal project stakeholders. Monitor material consumption and maintain proper site documentation. Identify civil execution issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Qualification & Skills: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering. Mandatory experience in ground-mounted solar PV project civil works. Proficiency in reading and interpreting AutoCAD drawings. Strong knowledge of quality control standards and safety practices. Good coordination, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
