Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a full-stack engineer based in Hyderabad with flexibility for remote work. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of both front-end and back-end systems. You will ensure seamless feature integration, optimize performance, and collaborate closely with the team to support business goals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve coding, debugging, testing, and deploying scalable solutions to meet user needs and organizational objectives. You'll also interact with customers and partners for deployment and integration.

Must have skills Proficiency in MERN Stack, Python, and the use of AI in coding Experience in Software Development with an emphasis on building and maintaining scalable applications Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration and agile development methodologies Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a growth mindset

Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience in AI integration or recruitment platforms is a plus 2-3 years of experience in Full-stack development, preferably with a startup.
