Shell Recharge Solutions is seeking a

Talent Advisor!

As a member of the Talent Acquisition Team, the Talent Advisor will build internal client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and managing candidates to support Shell Recharge Solutions’ aggressive growth goals. The role focuses on passive sourcing and outreach, high touch candidate relationship management, internal client satisfaction, process excellence, management of strategic TA programs, and delivery against TA goals. The Talent Advisor is a subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness. The Talent Advisor will provide strategic support on various Talent Acquisition processes and programs to support Shell Recharge Solutions’ Talent and business goals.Create and execute multi-channel strategies to source candidates that meet client profile and/or building talent pools for current and future engagements.

Work with a TA leaders/Hiring Managers to discuss needs and determine applicant requirements. Gain an understanding for the business and the organization to be a true talent partner and advisor to hiring managers. Build and leverage sourcing and applicant channels (e.g., social media, internet sites) Pre-screen candidates to determine qualifications by evaluating skills and experience against job requirements. Assess for cultural fit with the SRS organization. Manage the interview process effectively and efficiently. Own individual candidate experience and provide each candidate with a high-touch, personalized talent experience. Understand and comply with all hiring policies, legislation, and guidelines. Manage to all TA defined metrics and service level agreements (e.g. monthly delivery goals, time-to-hire, stakeholder and candidate experience etc.) Partner effectively with hiring leaders and internal stakeholders across the organization. Apply industry best practices and support continuous improvement across the global TA function.

What We’re Looking For: Independent responsible TA professional who will drive end to end process from gathering inputs about role/ position through to On Boarding, including but not limited to requisition requirements through pre-employment and onboarding responsibilities Someone who has worked in a product engineering hiring environment, understands the complexity of technical hiring and the technical talent landscape Desire to partner with TA leadership to provide creative sourcing and recruitment solutions to meet the needs of the business. Ability to quickly gain an in-depth understanding of the business functions and provide proactive solutions to ensure staffing goals and deadlines are met. Ability to develop and maintain networks both internally and externally in the organization to identify key talent and build ongoing pipeline. Solid experience in pro-active sourcing, including the use of social networks and other alternative sourcing methodologies to ensure a robust pipeline of potential candidates. Ability to promote the SRS company image to candidates and external service providers, and support building a positive brand that enhances our position amongst the competition to attract the right & best talent. Experience providing analysis of Recruitment stats and activities to business partners on a regular basis. Exceptional closing and negotiation skills are required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate tactfully, professionally, diplomatically, and confidentially at all times. A strong “can do” attitude with a genuine commitment to customer service and process excellence

Basic Qualifications: 6+ years of focused full life cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, corporate environment within Product Engineering and SaaS based hiring. 5+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience and proficient in leveraging recruiting platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Hiretual etc. 5+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include: recruitment strategy, Boolean searches, X-ray, google searches, and passive outreach. Strong experience with MS office suite specially – MS-Excel for reporting, PowerPoint etc Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal with senior stakeholders on sensitive and complex business issues.
