Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, for a Corporate Sales professional specializing in Group Employee Benefits (EB) and Corporate Lines Insurance. Responsibilities include developing and managing relationships with corporate clients, identifying client needs, and delivering tailored insurance solutions to support their business objectives. The incumbent will handle negotiations, execute business development strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting assigned sales targets.
Qualifications
Proven skills and experience in Corporate Sales and Corporate Sales Management
Strong background in Sales and Business Development
Exceptional Negotiation skills with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in Group Employee Benefits and Corporate Lines Insurance is highly advantageous
