Chief Commercial Officer - Quantitative Investments

We are looking for an experienced Chief Business Officer to join a fast-growing Quantitative Portfolio Management Services (PMS) platform in India. This role is ideal for someone who understands the intersection of capital markets, alternative investments, and institutional distribution, and can help scale a quantitative investment platform.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead business strategy and growth for the PMS platform * Build and manage distribution across HNIs, family offices, wealth platforms, and institutional investors * Develop partnerships with wealth managers, RIAs, and private banks * Drive AUM growth, fundraising initiatives, and investor relations * Work closely with the investment and quant research teams to position strategies effectively * Oversee marketing, brand positioning, and product expansion

Ideal Candidate:

✔ 5-7+ years in asset management, PMS, hedge funds, or wealth distribution ✔ Bank Product selling experience Preferred ✔ Strong network across HNIs, family offices, wealth platforms, and private banks ✔ Experience scaling investment products or alternative strategies ✔ Deep understanding of Indian capital markets and regulatory landscape ✔ Graduate/Post Graduate in Finance Field

Compensation Competitive Fixed Package as per Market standards plus performance based incentive based on fund raised/client acquired.
