Role Overview:
The Recruitment Manager – Talent Acquisition will lead end-to-end hiring for high-volume field sales, B2B business development, and customer success roles across multiple business verticals including Wedding Gift Box, Mandap (Venue Business), and ManyJobs.
This role requires a strong understanding of frontline sales hiring, multi-location recruitment, and strategic B2B/consumer tech talent acquisition. The incumbent will partner closely with business leaders to deliver quality talent at speed, build strong talent pipelines, and drive hiring outcomes aligned with revenue and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute hiring plans aligned with business growth and revenue targets across field sales, BDE, BDM, KAM, CSM, and venue operations roles.
Partner with Sales and Business Heads to forecast manpower requirements and drive region-wise hiring strategies.
Lead high-volume and multi-location recruitment for frontline and delivery sales roles, ensuring strong pipelines through portals, referrals, campus drives, and walk-in initiatives.
Manage mid-to-senior level hiring for BDM, KAM, and CSM roles, assessing candidates for B2B sales capability, consultative selling skills, and account management expertise.
Drive recruitment delivery by setting team KPIs, tracking hiring dashboards, improving offer-to-joiner ratios, and reducing early attrition.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and hiring productivity while strengthening employer branding and conducting market intelligence for competitive talent acquisition.
Skills & Competencies
Strong expertise in hiring for Field Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, Account Management, and Customer Success roles.
Proven ability to manage high-volume, multi-location recruitment with aggressive turnaround timelines.
Deep understanding of sales KPIs, revenue-driven hiring, and frontline performance metrics.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence Sales and Business Leaders.
Expertise in sourcing strategies including job portals, referrals, campus hiring, local drives, and market mapping.
Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to track hiring metrics and optimize recruitment funnels.
Strong offer negotiation and closure management capabilities to improve offer-to-joiner ratios.
Leadership and team management skills with experience driving recruiter productivity and accountability.
Market intelligence capability including competitor mapping and compensation bench-marking.
High ownership mindset with execution focus in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
Education & Experience
MBA / PGDM in HR
12–18 years of overall recruitment experience, with at least 5+ years in managing high-volume sales and business hiring.
Proven experience in hiring for Field Sales, BDE, BDM, KAM, CSM, and other B2B / Consumer Tech roles.
Strong exposure to multi-location and bulk hiring across Tier 1, 2, and 3 cities.
Experience leading and managing a Talent Acquisition team with clear delivery ownership.
Prior experience in high-growth, startup, marketplace, SaaS, or revenue-driven environments is preferred.
