The Role: Learning Consultant / Senior Learning Consultant
As a
Learning Consultant
, you will be on the front lines, proactively engaging with new prospects and leads through telecalls, online demos, emails, and chats.
Your core mission is to:
Engage and Enroll:
Develop high-impact discussions to enroll candidates in our cutting-edge learning programs.
Drive Sales:
Conduct outbound calls and maintain regular follow-up to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Manage the Funnel:
Efficiently manage the entire sales funnel from lead generation to conversion, utilizing CRM systems like Salesforce, Lead Squared, and NoPaperForms.
What We Are Looking For
Experience:
1-6 years of proven experience in a B2C sales environment with a track record of exceptional sales achievements.
Skills:
Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills are essential.
Tools:
A good understanding of Dialler Operations and CRM Management is required.
Mindset:
A strong focus on achieving results, perseverance, and high ownership.
Previous exposure to startup environments is preferred, showcasing adaptability and resourcefulness.
