About the Role

We are looking for a Tech-Led Engineering Manager to lead a high-impact team building our SaaS platform in the GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) domain. This role is designed for leaders who remain deeply connected to technology while driving execution, team growth, and architectural direction.

You will lead a team of 10–15 engineers, guide system evolution, and ensure reliable delivery of scalable, high-quality software. This role requires strong technical judgment, architectural ownership, and the ability to influence engineering outcomes hands-on through design, reviews, and mentorship.

What You’ll Do

● Drive technical direction and architecture of the platform in alignment with long-term product goals.

● Lead a team of engineers to deliver roadmap commitments with strong execution discipline.

● Ensure systems are designed for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

● Partner closely with Product and Business teams to translate goals into engineering plans.

● Establish accountability, delivery predictability, and engineering excellence within the team.

● Mentor senior engineers and cultivate future technical leaders.

● Own hiring, onboarding, and building a high-performance engineering team.

● Guide design reviews, solutioning, and technical trade-offs.

● Continuously improve development processes, quality standards, and observability practices.

What We’re Looking For

● Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.

● 10–15 years of experience in software engineering with strong exposure to SaaS product environments.

● Strong hands-on background in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and modern frontend frameworks like Next.js

● Experience working with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, including data modeling and performance considerations.

● Proven track record of leading teams while driving architecture and technical decision-making.

● Deep expertise in backend architecture, API design, and scalable distributed systems.

● Experience managing and growing teams (10+ engineers), including hiring and mentorship.

● Strong ability to align engineering execution with product and business priorities.

● Experience delivering production-grade cloud-native applications (AWS preferred).
