Job Description

Location: Bengaluru (HSR Layout) Mode: 100% Work-from-Office Type: Full-time Experience: 2–4 years Before applying check out our Careers page: https://www.swishx.com/careers

Company Description Swish Club is building a new AI Native Vertical SaaS Platform called SwishX (currently in stealth) that is quietly transforming how enterprises from one specific industry understand, engage, and grow their business. We are already past $1M ARR :-) and its not even been 3 months. This is not a “make screens and handoff” job. This is a “own outcomes, shape the product, and ship” job.

What you will build (the product surface area) You will design across a suite of products used by different stakeholders: Enterprise command center experiences (workflows, approvals, audit trails, analytics tied to action) Distributor and channel apps (ordering, claims, scheme execution, communication, reconciliation) Data capture and structuring experiences (invoice and stock statement ingestion, review, exception handling) Plant compliance workflows (evidence capture, checklists, deviations, CAPA closure, inspection readiness) Embedded payments and credit flows where applicable (clear trust cues, risk clarity, frictionless UX) You will be designing systems that mix humans, workflows, and AI. The bar is clarity, control, and confidence.

What you will own (your playground) 1) End-to-end product design Own problem-to-solution design for key journeys: discovery, flows, interactions, and shipped UI. Turn complex workflows into intuitive steps with strong information hierarchy and fast interaction patterns. Design for multi-persona systems: enterprise admins, finance ops, commercial teams, field teams, distributors, plant quality users. 2) Agentic and AI-assisted UX Design how users review, validate, and act on AI outputs (exceptions, confidence cues, traceability). Create “human-in-the-loop” patterns that keep control with the user while preserving speed. Build interfaces that reduce cognitive load while handling ambiguity, errors, and edge cases. 3) Workflow and systems thinking Design action loops, not just dashboards. Every insight should lead to a clear next step. Model states, permissions, and escalation paths with predictable behavior and auditability. Create reusable patterns for enterprise workflows (tasks, approvals, comments, attachments, history). 4) Research and customer empathy (practical, fast) Run lightweight discovery: user interviews, workflow mapping, ride-alongs when needed. Translate field realities into product decisions, especially for adoption-heavy surfaces. Validate prototypes quickly with internal and external users, then iterate. 5) Design system and craft Establish and evolve a design system that scales across web and mobile. Ship components and patterns that engineering can reuse confidently. Maintain high craft in typography, spacing, states, empty states, and microinteractions. 6) Collaboration and execution Partner deeply with product and engineering to scope, sequence, and ship. Write crisp specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Stay involved through build to ensure the product matches intent.

What “good” looks like (success metrics) Users can complete complex workflows quickly, with fewer errors and less training. The product feels trustworthy and controlled, especially where AI is involved. Adoption improves in the field and partner network because the UX is simple and resilient. Design decisions are backed by clear reasoning and user feedback, not preferences. A scalable design system reduces rework and speeds up shipping.

Who you are (must-haves) 2–4 years of product design experience shipping real product, ideally B2B SaaS, enterprise, or workflow-heavy tools. Strong problem-solving and interaction design skills, not just visuals. Comfort designing complex systems: roles, permissions, states, audits, exception handling. Clear communication: you can explain tradeoffs, defend decisions, and align teams. High ownership and speed: you can move from ambiguity to shipped outcomes. Strong product taste and craft: you care about details and consistency.

Nice-to-haves Experience designing for regulated industries or high-trust workflows. Experience with mobile-first products used by field teams or partners. Experience designing AI-assisted workflows (review, validation, explainability, exception handling). Familiarity with metrics and experimentation in product environments.

Tools and working style Figma (strong proficiency expected) Prototyping (Figma, Lovable, Bolt or similar) Basic research and documentation practices Comfort collaborating closely with engineers on feasibility and componentization

30 / 60 / 90 days (what you will likely ship) First 30 days Understand product surfaces, personas, workflows, and current pain points Improve 1–2 high-impact flows (speed, clarity, error reduction) Align on design system foundations and reusable patterns By 60 days Lead design for a major workflow area end-to-end, from discovery to shipped UI Introduce stronger AI review and exception patterns where needed Expand design system components used in active builds By 90 days Own a full product area with clear metrics and continuous iteration Establish repeatable research and validation cadence Raise overall UX consistency across the suite

Work setup 100% in-office, Bengaluru (HSR Layout). You will work directly with the founders and product engineering team. Fast feedback, high trust, high expectations, and real ownership.
