The Role

We are looking for a

Senior Manager of Growth

who speaks the language of design. Based in Gurugram, you will be the bridge between our advanced audio technology and the visionary architects and interior designers who shape luxury spaces. This isn't a traditional "hard sell" role. It is about

specification-led growth . You will cultivate a network of elite design firms, developers, and MEP consultants, ensuring that XSCACE is the standard for high-end projects from the blueprint stage onward.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Specification:

Build and nurture deep-rooted relationships with leading architectural firms and interior design studios to ensure XSCACE is integrated into project specifications. Strategic Business Development:

Identify and secure high-value luxury residential and commercial projects in the Delhi-NCR region and beyond. Consultative Sales:

Act as a technical design consultant, helping architects understand how our ultra-slim form factors solve the "black box" aesthetic problem without compromising on sound. Sales Operations Leadership:

Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from initial design presentation to final installation oversight, ensuring a seamless experience for the client. Market Intelligence:

Stay ahead of luxury design trends and materials to help our R&D team continue creating products that blend into modern interiors. Brand Advocacy:

Represent XSCACE at exclusive design events, exhibitions, and industry forums.

Qualifications

The "Design" DNA:

3+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development, specifically within the

Interior Design, Architecture, or Luxury Building Materials

sectors. Industry Network:

A proven track record of existing relationships with top-tier architects, interior designers, and luxury real estate developers. Communication Mastery:

The ability to present technical audio concepts through the lens of aesthetics and spatial design. Strategic Leadership:

Optimising sales pipelines in a project-based environment. The "Plus" Factor:

A passion for high-end audio or prior experience in the Home Automation/AV industry is a significant advantage.
