Regional Manager:

Key Responsibilities • Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets • Monitor sell-in, sell-out & inventory levels • Manage stock replenishment and ageing inventory • Support trade schemes, promotions & product launches • Coordinate with store managers and warehouse teams • Prepare sales MIS and performance reports • Ensure VM and brand guideline compliance Required Skills • Strong understanding of retail trade operations • Good analytical and Excel skills • Strong communication & coordination ability • Ability to travel across stores Qualification • Graduate in Business/Marketing or related field • 4-6 years experience in retail, sports, or lifestyle industry preferred
