We’re Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist | Bangalore (WFO)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 4–7 years of experience to join a fast-growing, well-funded retail platform backed by a leading institutional investor.

What You’ll Do

Own end-to-end corporate hiring across multiple business functions

Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs

Scale teams from the ground up in a rapidly expanding setup

Drive sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networks

Deliver a strong candidate experience while meeting aggressive timelines

What We’re Looking For

4–7 years of experience in corporate Talent Acquisition

Strong exposure to team scaling in startups or growth-stage companies

Background in retail or QSR or any B2C startup ecosystems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Candidates from reputed institutions are preferred
