Performance Marketing Manager

Role: Performance Marketing Consultant Stryder consulting is seeking a performance marketing consultant to join their team in Bengaluru. You would be responsible for maximizing the revenue of our Ecommerce clients with high RoAS. marketing. The scope includes working knowledge of Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest ads, LinkedIn ads, Search engine optimization and Affiliate marketing.

Along with working on business goals, this person will also be responsible for managing client relationships and working closely with them for business success.

What you will be doing:

You will be working on revenue maximization for our clients via the following: Conversion Rate Optimization/Funnel Optimization Paid Channel Efficiency Optimization Providing inputs for optimization of the organic marketing channel Providing creative and messaging inputs for better conversion.

This would include the following: Do an audit of the growth marketing channels of a client organization and identify growth opportunities across the entire user funnel. This would include assessing the funnel and the marketing channels data, team capability gap, stakeholder coordination and other areas for resolution. Create a comprehensive growth marketing strategy based on the opportunities from the audit that encompasses brand, paid and organic channels and team capability. Work on a daily basis with the client’s team to execute the points in the strategy. This would include:

Working with brand, performance and organic marketing stakeholders to provide recommendations and handhold the team/agency partner on execution. Work with senior executives of the client to deliver on business goals. Identifying gaps in other areas of processes in the client organization and being proactive about supporting the client in those projects.

What the role requires:

2-3 years of digital and E-commerce marketing experience in a reputed digital-first organization or an agency. Updated experience of digital analytical tools eg: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Data Studio, Tableau etc Proven capability and comfort with analyzing numbers and coming up with effective insights and solutions. Ability to assist in CRO efforts for changes, addition, and experimentation on the website by collaborating with in-house design and development teams. Have a knowledge of how marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart etc. work and how brands could grow on these platforms. Excellent oral and written communication skills and client relationship skills. Proven track record in drafting strategies, execution, and delivery of set targets on multiple advertising platforms Ability to hire and build a marketing team.
