About the Role We are looking for a

Documentation Executive

to manage crewing documentation and maintain accurate records for officers and crew members within our shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities • Handle documentation for officers and crew members. • Prepare and upload pre-joining documents, extension letters, and increment letters for officers and ratings. • Upload and maintain officer and crew documentation in the Shipmate system. • Manage Shipmate planning including salary profiles, sign-on/sign-off records, and bank details. • Maintain and update the Shipmate system, including corrections and responding to Masters’ queries related to crewing matters. • Manage DG Shipping sign-on/sign-off processes and track the latest DG Shipping circulars. • Prepare mail packets and hand them over to joining crew members to minimize courier costs. Requirements • Experience in maritime crewing documentation preferred. • Familiarity with Shipmate or similar crewing software is an advantage. • Good knowledge of DG Shipping procedures. • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

2 -Position: Sourcing Executive – Crewing Location:

About the Role We are seeking a

Sourcing Executive

to support our crewing operations by identifying and recruiting qualified officers for tanker and bulk carrier vessels.

Key Responsibilities • Identify, source, and screen qualified officers for tanker and bulk carrier vessels. • Arrange initial assessments and coordinate technical and operational interviews. • Ensure candidates meet tanker matrix compliance requirements prior to assignment. • Organize pre-joining medical examinations for officers. • Verify authenticity and validity of candidate documents in compliance with statutory and internal requirements. • Create candidate profiles in the crewing software and upload documentation accurately. • Assist in planning deployment of ex-hands in coordination with the reporting manager. • Schedule mandatory in-house training as per training matrix for new recruits and ex-hand officers. • Organize type-specific ECDIS training for newly recruited deck officers. • Conduct reference checks with previous employers. Requirements • Experience in maritime recruitment or crewing operations. • Familiarity with tanker matrix compliance requirements is preferred. • Strong communication and coordination skills. • Ability to manage multiple candidate processes simultaneously.

Travel Coordinator – Crewing Operations Location:

About the Role We are looking for a

Travel Coordinator

to support crew travel logistics and ensure smooth coordination of crew changes across international and domestic routes.

Key Responsibilities • Compare and evaluate domestic and international flight options from travel agencies based on fare, availability, and vessel schedules. • Coordinate with vessels, reporting managers, and port agents for planning and execution of crew changes. • Liaise with officers and ratings to collect travel and visa documentation. • Arrange accommodation for officers traveling to Mumbai for joining, briefing, or orientation. • Maintain and organize crew documentation for timely submission to port agents. • Coordinate with visa agents for visa processing and follow-ups. • Prepare essential travel documents including Form 1, Emigration clearances, and Letters of Guarantee. • Follow up with agents for “OK to Board” approvals and online entry forms for joiners and off-signers. • Monitor crew immigration clearance and check-in status and handle travel-related issues. • Generate Non-PO invoices for air tickets issued by travel agencies. Requirements • Experience in travel coordination, preferably within the maritime industry. • Knowledge of crew travel documentation and visa processes. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to manage time-sensitive crew travel arrangements

1- Candidate must have Bachelor's and other certified course related to shipping industry 2- Must have minimum 2-3 yrs of experience from Shipping background only.
