Job Description
• Manage smooth onboarding of new joinees, including introduction to respective managers and establishing connect with employees. Post onboarding support and query resolution for all HR related matters.
• Conduct employees connect activities (one to one meetings, 30-60-90-day meetings, fun at work activities)
• Provide necessary business relevant information to HRBP to help take correct management decisions.
• Handle employee queries and grievances. Respond within defined TAT involving necessary stake holders.
• Nurture a positive work environment.
• Keeping records and manage timely confirmation, probation extensions for new hires and internal transfers.
• Should be good with data handling, should be able to build reports and dashboards, good with ppt skills, good with data and system governance.
• Effectively gathering training needs for business units and encourage employee participation. Follow ups with L&D department & business units to ensure trainings facilitation.
• Co-ordinate the Reward & Recognition program & implement new initiatives taken at organization level.
• Manage exit process effectively along with conducting exit interviews and sharing key findings for betterment of organization culture/processes etc.
• Assist in the management of the annual performance management cycle and associated processes.
• Assist with the development and implementation of the HR strategy, supporting Sakon corporate objectives, by adopting an enabling approach and ethos within specified areas of responsibility. Take ownership of the HR agenda for those areas and act with a significant degree of autonomy.
• Additionally, be responsible for all HR activities and work closely with the leads of other HR functions within India to ensure seamless execution of activities.
• Work supportively with colleagues, always operating in a collegiate manner and in line with the Company’s values.
• Work on operational activities such as background verification, payroll, employee headcount, reporting on floor intelligence, attrition & exit trackers, induction, change management tracker, leave & attendance, buddy program etc.
• Participation in Talent Acquisition activities.
• Other HR projects that may come up during the service of the employee.
Skills
• Master’s in business administration (Human Resources) to degree standard or equivalent.
• Excellent Interpersonal skills & team player
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Proactive approach with a flexible attitude
• Building reports, creating dashboards, ppt creation, system governance
• A good knowledge of MS Office - experience of some HRMS is desirable.
• Able to develop and maintain excellent working relationships.
• Professional approach with a proactive ‘can do’ attitude.
• Participate in various Human Resource related areas.
