About the Role

PlanBnext is building a global network of senior Salesforce marketing automation and commerce experts who can help organizations resolve complex production issues, campaign automation challenges, and commerce platform problems.

We are looking for experienced Salesforce professionals who specialize in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot (Account Engagement), and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

This opportunity is not a full-time job. It is a remote expert collaboration model, where experienced consultants help resolve real client issues through the PlanBnext Pay-Per-Ticket support platform.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaign automation issues

• Resolve problems related to customer journeys, segmentation, and email campaigns

• Support troubleshooting of Pardot marketing automation workflows

• Assist with Salesforce Commerce Cloud configuration and operational issues

• Provide guidance on marketing automation architecture and optimization

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of total IT industry experience

• Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or Commerce Cloud

• Experience handling enterprise marketing automation implementations

• Ability to troubleshoot real production campaign or commerce issuesEngagement Model

• Remote expert collaboration through the PlanBnext platform

• Flexible participation based on ticket availability

• Payment released after successful ticket resolution
