Founding Creator Partnerships Lead (Equity + Revenue Share)

We’re building an AI system for content creators that helps them create viral content, thumbnails, carousels, and video packaging that actually gets views. Our mission is simple: Help creators win the algorithm. Now we’re looking for someone who can help us bring this to the world. Not a typical marketer. Not a social media manager. We want someone who can build creator partnerships that generate revenue. The Role You will become the Founding Creator Partnerships Lead. Your job is simple: Find creators → partner with them → bring paying customers. You will work directly with the founder to build a systematic creator partnership engine. This means: • Reaching out to Instagram Creators, YouTubers, TikTokers & content creators • Setting up affiliate / partnership deals • Helping creators integrate our product into their workflow • Turning creator audiences into paying users • Building a scalable creator partnership system Think: Ali Abdaal style partnerships Think Media style tool integrations Creator affiliate ecosystems Compensation Right now we are bootstrapped and early. Instead of a small salary, we are offering a much bigger upside. You will get: Equity in the company Revenue share from every customer you bring Affiliate commissions Potential to become Head of Growth If you bring revenue, you earn. There is no ceiling. Example: Equity: 0.5% – 2.0% based on contribution Commission: 25–35% from every partnership you close If you build a creator partnership engine generating $50K/month, your commission grows with it.
