Role Description
A Pharmaceutical HR Manager shoulders a wide range of responsibilities focused on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent in the specific context of the pharmaceutical industry. Here's a breakdown of their key roles:
Strategic HR & Talent Management:

Prior experience in an HR managerial role, ideally within the manufacturing or similar industry
Must Be Located Near Borivali
Must have Minimum 5 years of Pharma/Nutraceuticals manufacturing recruitment and management
Must be strong in recruitment of marketing team (MR, BDM B2B , PMT , ASM, RSM)
