Role Overview

We are looking for a

motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive

to support the end-to-end execution of

GIS and drone survey projects

. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys project coordination, field-to-office operations tracking, and maintaining quality and timelines in a fast-moving environment. You will work closely with

field team leads, GIS/processing teams, and management

, ensuring smooth project delivery through continuous monitoring and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Support

project initiation, planning, execution, and delivery

of GIS & drone survey assignments Monitor

daily progress, milestones, and outputs

through updates from field team leads Maintain

project schedules, documentation, trackers, and resource plans Coordinate with

field, processing, GIS, and technical teams

for timely execution Review

field progress and data reports

to ensure operational and quality compliance Identify

risks, delays, or deviations

and assist in corrective actions Support

QA/QC coordination

and validation of final deliverables Prepare

weekly/monthly progress and status reports

for management and clients Track

operational expenses

and assist in cost-control documentation Contribute to

process improvements, operational efficiency, and scalability

in operations, GIS, drone surveys, or project coordination is an added advantage
