Job Description
One of the leading sweets and snacks retail brands with a pan India presence is looking for a Marketing Manager.
Role Overview:
· Lead planning and execution of brand visibility, in store promotions, merchandising, and customer engagement initiatives
· Drive offline campaigns and events in collaboration with the sales team
· Manage vendors and partners for packaging, POSM, and media releases
· Ensure consistent on ground brand experience across all retail touchpoints
· Track and improve store level marketing effectiveness and ROI
Key Responsibilities
· Plan and execute trade marketing calendars and retail activations
· Work closely with sales teams to drive footfall and conversions
· Oversee visual merchandising standards and execution quality
· Coordinate with external partners for production and branding deliverables
· Monitor competition and identify local market opportunities
Skills Required
· Strong understanding of retail and trade marketing, FMCG preferred
· Working knowledge of digital and social media integration
· Good communication and stakeholder management skills
· Creative, solution oriented mindset
· Strong ownership and execution discipline
Experience
· 5+ years in trade or retail marketing, FMCG or retail background preferred
Reporting
· Direct reporting to management
