Role Description We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic SEO Manager / Team Lead to elevate our organic search presence, drive significant growth in traffic and conversions, and manage our dedicated SEO team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record not only in executing high-impact SEO strategies but also in providing strategic intervention across marketing initiatives and leading a team to achieve ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities Architect and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy (Technical, Content, Off-page) directly tied to

quarterly revenue targets

and business growth. Act as the lead consultant, proactively identifying performance gaps and leading high-level, cross-functional strategic interventions across Product, Marketing, and Engineering to optimize organic impact Oversee complex technical SEO governance

including migrations, log analysis, and continuous Core Web Vitals optimization. Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team

, ensuring high performance, resource capacity, and clear goal alignment. Embed SEO best practices into the core workflows of cross- functional teams, establishing SEO as a foundational discipline across the organization

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results. Strong understanding of search algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices. Proficiency with SEO tools (GA, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.). Experience with CMS (WordPress preferred). Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for SEO. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Up-to-date with SEO trends, local SEO, CRO basics, and (bonus) international SEO

Work Environment It will be a 5-day working week from Monday to Friday. It will be work from the office and the candidate will be reporting to the Gurugram office. There will be a day shift with 9 hours working (9:30-6:30 PM)
