Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

RMG Senior Executive

to manage strategic and tactical aspects of resource planning, allocation, and utilization across geographies, service lines, and verticals. This role plays a critical part in driving workforce efficiency, cost optimization, and talent readiness to meet evolving business demands.

Key Responsibilities 1. Resource Planning & Fulfilment Proactively plan resource fulfilment by monitoring demand and supply trends. Provide real-time reporting on fulfilment status, cost, and utilization in coordination with Delivery Heads. 2. Resource Allocation & Management Manage resource allocations and de-allocations across geographies, verticals, and service lines. Maintain and manage a pool of deployable resources. Ensure optimal allocation to maximize utilization and meet project requirements. 3. Stakeholder Coordination Build strong relationships with Delivery Heads, Project Managers, and internal stakeholders. Maintain transparent communication regarding talent availability and business needs. 4. Talent Development & Skill Management Collaborate with L&D and COEs to drive up-skilling, re-skilling, and cross-skilling initiatives. Replenish resources at junior levels to maintain the organizational pyramid and growth structure. 5. Strategic Workforce Planning Manage buffers and rotations for resource enrichment across geographies and verticals. Drive cost control initiatives through effective pyramid management. Handle resources for investment and business development projects. Anticipate future staffing needs and build a pipeline of deployable talent. 6. Reporting & Analytics Provide accurate and timely reports on resource status, cost metrics, and utilization. Use data insights to support planning decisions and strategic forecasting. Apply AI tools for analysis, automation, and workflow optimization.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications 2–6 years of experience in Resource Management or Workforce Planning (preferably in IT/Consulting). Good expertise in Planview Strong understanding of project resourcing models and cost structures. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and workforce planning tools. Experience with ERP/RMS platforms (preferred). Knowledge of Planview (added advantage). Hands-on experience using AI tools for analysis and automation. Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organizational structure. Strong awareness of cross-functional and cross-geographical dynamics.

Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong coordination and stakeholder management ability. Proactive, adaptable, and quick learner. Willingness to travel domestically or internationally, if required. Flexibility to work overlapping shifts based on project needs. Comfort working at client locations when necessary.
