Business Development Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Development

Manager to support channel partner engagement, quotation development, and sales data oversight. The role requires strong analytical abilities, effective coordination skills, and a structured approach to managing business development processes.

Key Responsibilities Channel Partner Management • Strengthen and manage professional relationships with channel partners to drive business growth. • Facilitate communication on product updates, commercial terms, and business initiatives. • Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Quotation & Commercial Documentation • Prepare well-structured and competitive quotations in line with client requirements and company guidelines. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to obtain pricing inputs, technical details, and supporting documentation. • Standardize and maintain updated quotation templates and commercial documents. Sales Data Management & Reporting • Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of sales data for the entire sales function. • Develop and present monthly sales reports, analytics, and performance summaries. • Generate CRM-based insights (primarily using Zoho Bigin) to support pipeline visibility and strategic decision-making. • Coordinating with Account Managers and field service teams to track leads, manage territory performance, and update CRM with pipeline progress. • Preparing region-wise sales performance dashboards highlighting product category trends and opportunities. Business Development Coordination • Provide operational support to the sales and BD teams through documentation, followup tracking, and process management. • Contribute to the execution of partner engagement activities, business initiatives, and internal coordination requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications • MBA • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Channel Management, or Sales Coordination. • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and CRM systems (Zoho Bigin preferred). • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
