UX/UI Designer (SaaS)

Responsibilities • Lead the UX and UI design for the marketing website, SaaS dashboard, and admin tools • Develop wireframes, user flows, and information architectures to support product goals • Create scalable, reusable Figma component systems for consistent design implementation • Collaborate asynchronously with developers to ensure seamless handoff and execution • Design intuitive interfaces that prioritize clarity, usability, and accessibility • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to iterate and refine design solutions • Address subscription logic and multi-tenant requirements within the product design • Ensure all deliverables align with the overall vision and scalability of the platform

Skills And Requirements • Proven experience designing end-to-end B2B SaaS products, especially dashboards and admin tools • Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and design systems • Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and user flows • Experience with subscription-based and multi-tenant SaaS platforms • Ability to design for scalability and maintainability across multiple product surfaces • Excellent communication skills and ability to work asynchronously with remote teams • Bonus: Experience designing for automation tools, messaging platforms, or AI products • Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant SaaS design work • Availability for a 68 week contract, with potential for extension
