Growth / Sales Lead Role Overview NyxaLabs is looking for

highly motivated Sales Interns

to support our outbound sales and lead generation efforts. This role offers hands-on exposure to

B2B tech sales , including

cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling , while working with global prospects and real sales pipelines. Key Responsibilities

Execute

cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling campaigns Make outbound

cold calls

to qualify leads and book discovery calls Research and build targeted lead lists based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) Qualify inbound and outbound leads through calls and messaging Schedule discovery calls and demos with prospects Maintain accurate records in CRM tools Follow outreach sequences and manage multi-channel follow-ups Track daily and weekly outreach performance Support sales messaging, scripts, and pitch materials

✅ Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable speaking with prospects over calls Interest in sales, technology, startups, or SaaS Familiarity with LinkedIn and email communication Ability to work independently in a

remote environment Self-driven, disciplined, and eager to learn Basic understanding of sales or marketing is a plus
