UI/UX Designer

Job Description:

Must have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. Should be able to translate concepts into user flow, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Inspire and bring new ideas to the team through staying in the know of current design trends. Collaborate and brainstorm with the team to understand, identify, define and implement innovative solutions for the product user flow, visuals, experience, and take on complex business requirements and user needs. Support the firm's user experience research through usability studies. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to developers. Experience with design software and technologies (eg. Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop) A keen eye for aesthetics and details. Excellent communication, creative writing and problem solving skills.
