Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for an Architect. The Architect will be responsible for collaborating with clients to meet project requirements, and managing the end-to-end construction and execution process. The role will involve preparing design drafts, ensuring seamless integration of design elements, overseeing project progress, and coordinating with various consultants to achieve sustainable, high-quality results.

Qualifications Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design Experience with Software Development and Integration as applied to architectural projects Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and timely delivery Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills Proficiency in architectural design tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) In-depth understanding of materials, technology, and sustainability principles Degree in Architecture or a related field Previous experience in luxury, lifestyle, or high-profile client projects is an advantage
