As we continue to expand, we are looking to hire a

Customer Success Specialist

to join our team and support clients through onboarding and ongoing operations.

What We’re Looking For Prior experience of

3–6 years

in Customer Success / Account Management / Client Services roles Strong exposure to

client-facing environments , preferably in an agency or marketing services setup Experience in

Email Marketing

is a strong plus Comfortable working in the

US shift MBA or any graduation with relevant client-facing experience Ability to work independently in a fast-growing team

Key Job Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts Own client onboarding and transition into BAU operations Identify client pain points and drive resolutions with internal teams Manage multiple client projects while ensuring high-quality delivery Collect customer feedback and improve service delivery continuously Communicate service value clearly to support renewals and retention Work closely with Sales and Delivery teams for smooth execution Ensure every customer feels supported and set up for success
