We are looking for a

Recruitment Associate / Sales Associate

with experience in staffing and email marketing to join our remote night-shift team.

Responsibilities:-

Recruit for mid to senior roles. Handle mid to high volume hiring. Work on Manufacturing, Engineering & Skilled Trades roles. Support sales and client communication. Manage email marketing & drip campaigns. Follow Canadian anti-spam regulations.

Requirements:-

2–5+ years experience in Recruitment/Staffing or Email Marketing. Experience in Manufacturing/Technical hiring preferred. Strong English communication & writing skills. Comfortable with night shift. Organized and detail-oriented.
