Job Description GM Operations (Factory)

Industry: Wire Manufacturing | Steel | Heavy Engineering

Location: Sarigam, Gujarat GIDC

Reports To: Deputy CEO Managing Director

Travel Requirement: Flexible to travel to Head Office (Mumbai) as required

Salary Band: 1822 LPA (Including Company Accommodation based on availability) for outstation employees

Commitment to work: minimum 2 years with the organisation

Preferred Age: Below 45 Years

Position Overview

The General Manager Operations will lead complete plant operations at the Sarigam (GIDC) facility, ensuring production targets, strict quality compliance, manpower discipline, and operational efficiency. The role requires strong leadership to drive continuous improvement, zero-defect quality, and optimized process control in a large-scale wire and engineering manufacturing environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Education: BE/B.Tech (Mechanical, Production, Metallurgy, Electrical preferred). Experience: 12+ years in manufacturing operations from:

- Wire Industry

- Steel Sector

- Heavy Engineering

- Strong experience in factory operations, manpower management, quality systems.

- Excellent leadership, production discipline, decision‑making ability.

- Must be willing to relocate; company accommodation will be provided based on availability.
