Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Research and Development Associate, based in Manesar. The R&D Associate will be responsible for formulating and developing products, conducting research, analyzing market trends, and testing product efficacy. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with teams to ensure product quality, adhering to compliance and safety standards, and contributing to the innovation and improvement of product formulations.

Qualifications

Experience in product formulation, development, and testing in the personal care and skincare industry Strong research, and market trend evaluation skills Knowledge of compliance, regulatory standards, and quality assurance processes in product development Effective communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration Problem-solving, creativity, and a detail-oriented approach to product innovation Educational background in Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field Previous experience in research and development roles is preferred
