Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Coordination & Support

- Assist the sales team in preparing competitive freight quotations (air & ocean). - Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer requests. - Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems. - Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.

2. Pricing & Quotation Management

- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, and vendors to obtain rates. - Analyze freight rates, surcharges, and market trends. - Ensure timely and accurate submission of quotes to customers.

3. Customer Service

- Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to shipments and pricing. - Provide shipment updates in coordination with operations teams. - Handle client complaints and escalate issues when required.

4. Internal Coordination

- Work closely with operations, customs clearance, and accounts teams. - Ensure seamless transition from sales to execution of shipments.

5. Reporting & Analysis

- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance tracking. - Monitor key metrics such as conversion rates and customer retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. - 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics (preferred). - Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation, and freight pricing. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. - Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
