Job Description – Influencer Marketing Intern

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Stipend: Will be provided

PPO: Performance-based PPO opportunity upon successful completion of the internship

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will help identify and onboard influencers, manage relationships with creators, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of influencer marketing campaigns.

This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and quick problem-solving skills to effectively manage campaign activities and creator interactions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Influencer & Creator Management

- Scout for potential leads and onboard creators on the platform/app. - Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content creators.

Campaign Coordination

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and timely delivery. - Communicate with external partners and creators to ensure alignment with campaign goals.

⚡ Query & Issue Management

- Handle multiple campaign-related queries and provide quick, effective responses. - Adapt quickly to technical or creator-related issues and offer practical solutions.

Campaign Tracking & Reporting

- Track and analyze influencer campaign performance. - Prepare reports and insights to optimize campaign strategies.

Skills & Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. - Quick learner with a good understanding of tech and influencer marketing challenges. - Strong team collaboration skills and ability to work across departments.

Language Requirement (Mandatory)

- Candidates must be fluent in either Tamil or Telugu or any southern language (Mandatory). - Good communication skills in English and Hindi are also required.
