The Role

We’re looking for a designer with

5+ years of experience

who is ready to independently lead projects and take real ownership.

You’ll be expected to: Lead residential projects from concept to handover Handle clients confidently and independently Oversee drawings and detailing quality Coordinate with vendors and consultants Guide junior designers Bring structure and clarity to workflows

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility and wants to grow into a strong leadership position within a boutique studio.
