Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Inside Sales Representative - Cybersecurity. The

Inside Sales

Representative will engage in cold-calling IT Security Decision Makers, identifying client needs, pitching the right technology, presenting technical solutions, generating sales opportunities and closing them with the sales cycle. Responsibilities include cold calling, strong followup, building strong customer relationships, providing technical understanding, assisting with product implementation, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions is a key part of the role.

Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Sales - cybersecurity and a strong understanding of sales processes and strategies Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams Experience in Technology to address client queries and ensure smooth implementation of products Customer Service skills to build, maintain, and enhance long-term client relationships Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Knowledge of the IT industry or experience with B2B technology sales is a plus
