Job Opportunity at ICE Studios, Mumbai/ Manali
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
senior account manager
to join our team immediately in Andheri West, Mumbai, and be ready to relocate to our HQ in Manali. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of proven experience in client relationship management, strategic account growth, and team mentorship. This role requires an individual who is ready to take ownership of key accounts immediately, drive revenue, and contribute proactively to our high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Strategy & retention
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of
high-value key accounts .
Develop and execute
strategic account plans
to deepen client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and maximize client retention and satisfaction.
Conduct regular business reviews and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) with clients, providing insightful reporting on performance, progress, and future strategy recommendations.
Effectively manage client expectations, project timelines, and deliverables across internal execution teams.
Skills & Competencies:
Exceptional Communication:
Superior written and verbal communication skills in English, adept at presenting complex solutions to C-suite executives.
Strategic Thinking:
Ability to translate client business goals into actionable internal strategies.
Negotiation & Persuasion:
Highly skilled in commercial negotiation and building consensus.
Proactivity & Ownership:
Self-starter with a high level of accountability and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
