Role overview This role sits at the intersection of growth, product-thinking, and customer conversations. You’ll work directly with founders and help us expand the top funnel and push qualified prospects toward demos, pilots, and paid usage. If you’re someone who likes figuring things out from scratch, running experiments, and taking ownership - this role is for you.

What you'll do & learn You’ll own or co-own some of the following: Designing and executing

top-of-funnel growth experiments

(LinkedIn, email, outbound, communities, partnerships) Content management on website and social media Researching and understanding high-intent D2C brands and decision-makers Crafting and iterating on outreach messaging flows Tracking funnel metrics: responses, meetings booked, conversions Feeding customer insights back into product and positioning Supporting founder-led sales operationally and while facing customers Helping document repeatable growth playbooks

You're a good fit if A final-year student or recent graduate You want to start up on your at some point Comfortable with ambiguity and fast feedback loops You are creative and enterprising in your approach Clear communicator Not afraid to take initiative without being asked

Prior startup or growth experience is a plus.
