Hiring for Billing Senior Specialist (AP/AR) - Workday Preferred Experience - 3+ year Location - Bangalore (Hybird) Key Responsibilities ▪ Serve as a subject matter expert in core accounting processes ▪ Manage day-to-day operations and workload distribution ▪ Guide, mentor, and train junior team members ▪ Investigate and resolve complex accounting issues ▪ Drive process improvements and best practices ▪ Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders ▪ Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely service delivery ▪ Contribute to the firm’s overall accounting strategy Qualifications ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business preferred ✔ Minimum

3+ years of experience

(Shared Services/AR/AP preferred) ✔

Workday experience is mandatory ✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities ✔ Excellent communication skills – verbal & written ✔ Ability to work independently and manage sensitive situations ✔ Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) ✔ Experience in professional services environment is a plus
