real estate HR operations , team handling, and supporting business growth through effective people management. Roles & Responsibilities

End-to-end

recruitment

for sales, presales, CRM, and corporate roles Onboarding and induction

of new joiners Planning and conducting

training programs

for new employees Employee engagement, performance tracking, and HR coordination Handling

HR operations , attendance, and basic compliance Supporting management in

scaling teams and company growth Acting as a bridge between management and employees Qualification & Criteria

Graduation / MBA in HR preferred Minimum 2–5 years of HR experience

(Real estate experience mandatory) Proven experience in

training, mentoring, and managing new joiners Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a
