Responsibilities:
As the VP Product, you will report to the CEO and help drive the company's product vision. The product management leader, you will be responsible for defining, communicating and executing on the product strategy for Seclore. This will include:
- Leading the product management & UX team to define and deliver best-in-class cybersecurity software solutions, including hiring new talent and elevating current talent, especially in utilizing GenAI in our product suite.
- Developing product strategy that meets the current and future market needs and helps achieve the business goals of Seclore across different time horizons, i.e., 6 months, 2 years and 5 years.
- Creating a product roadmap to execute the product strategy that balances the needs of managing technical debt, retaining current customers, growing the core business, entering new markets and building new products.
- Collaborating with engineering to deliver the product roadmap and ensure customers realize the full potential of Seclore’s innovation.
- Building and growing the use of GenAI in Seclore’s product suite to deliver delightful customer experiences, deliver new products and reinforce Seclore’s market leadership.
- Laying the foundation needed to scale our business to 100M+ ARR while accelerating our product innovation, such as roadmap planning, feature prioritization, customer feedback, PRD, product & UX reviews, product launches, etc.
- Being the face of Seclore innovation and technical capabilities and championing Seclore’s product strategy, roadmap and positioning with customers, partners, and market analysts.
- Working with marketing and sales enablement to ensure sales and CS can effectively communicate the product strategy, roadmap and positioning to customers, prospects and partners
- Creating a culture of product craftsmanship, customer-centric innovation and accountability of customer impact in the product management teams.
- Developing, monitoring, and managing the development and implementation of annual operating budgets, forecasts, and metrics. Ensure risks are identified and managed and that resources are utilized judiciously.

- A demonstrated experience in product leadership in an enterprise software / SaaS company ideally in cybersecurity
- Prior experience working in US based product organizations with exposure to global product shipping standards, customer expectations, and go-to-market alignment.
- Experience in growth companies in the $10M to $100M revenue ranges since this stage presents unique challenges for product leadership.
- Extensive experience in managing product teams across geographies in North America, Asia and Europe
- Working with engineering teams in different time zones requiring appreciation of diverse cultures
- Creating teams and setting up systems and processes to deliver outcomes to customers.
- Your portfolio showcases successful projects and valuable lessons learned from less successful endeavours. You have experience guiding design, product management, product operations and content teams. Your collaborative spirit shines in coordinating the efforts of diverse, cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams, expertly managing conflicting demands for time and resources.
- You bring M&A experience of identifying targets, conducting product and technology due diligence, supporting the investment thesis and product lines and capabilities.
- Experience working with PE/VC investor base and leveraging their expertise and connections.
- Extensive experience throughout the entire product lifecycle, from conception through launch to continuous improvement while ensuring that growth investments are aligned to sales strategy.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an enthusiasm for engaging a variety of audiences, including clients, partners, and investors.
- In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, and industry best practices.
- Excellent knowledge of cloud-native technologies, architectures, and service delivery models
- Demonstrated skill of setting up success metrics and early indicators for failure within the product management team
- A proven execution-oriented leadership style, with a strong bias toward operational excellence over pure vision setting.
- Ability to travel extensively across the world to meet internal and external stakeholders.
