Position Overview We are seeking an experienced

Oracle Lead Consultant

to lead and support the integration of

Oracle HCM as the system of record with ADP GlobalView . The ideal candidate will bring strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle, along with proven experience in payroll and HR system integrations within a global enterprise environment.

Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle , preferably Oracle HCM. Proven experience integrating

Oracle HR as the system of record with ADP GlobalView . Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes in a global environment. Experience leading or supporting complex HR/payroll integration projects. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and lead discussions with cross-functional teams.
