Site Engineer

Company Description Meraki Associates is a bhubaneswar based architectural and construction firm. We are consultants to various government bodies, real estate developers, contractors and home owners.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer located in Bhubaneswar. The Site Engineer will oversee construction projects, manage on-site activities, and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising the work of contractors , conducting quality control checks, and ensuring timely project completion. Additionally, the role requires effective communication and collaboration with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications Experience in on-site supervision and operations Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders Proficiency in quality control processes and standards Knowledge and application of structural engineering and civil engineering principles Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Familiarity with construction and safety regulations is an advantage Must be proficient in understanding all drawings and executing them on site.
