Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities 1. Academic Coaching & School Support Support schools in effective implementation of the

LEAD Curriculum

and academic programs. Partner with school leaders to strengthen academic planning and improve student learning outcomes. 2. Teacher Training & Capacity Building Conduct teacher training sessions to strengthen pedagogy and classroom practices. Identify teacher capability gaps through observations and provide actionable coaching. 3. Classroom Observation & Improvement Conduct classroom observations to assess teaching quality and student engagement. Provide structured feedback and support teachers in implementing improvement plans. 4. Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with Principals and teachers to ensure successful program adoption. Proactively address academic and operational challenges to drive better outcomes. 5. School Growth & Retention Identify growth opportunities within partner schools and drive

upsell or cross-sell of relevant products and solutions . Strengthen school partnerships to ensure

long-term engagement and retention . 6. Collections & Operational Coordination Ensure

timely collection of payments from partner schools

and track outstanding dues. Coordinate order placements and work with internal teams and schools to ensure smooth operational execution.

Who can be a Propel Academic Coach? 3+ years of academic experience in schools as an Academic Coordinator, Teacher Trainer, or Teacher. Experience in training teachers, classroom observations and driving improved teaching outcomes. 3+ years of commercial exposure to school growth, collections, and renewals, along with strong stakeholder management skills. Willingness to travel to partner schools

Preference will be for those local to the geography of hiring.
