Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 3 – 6 Years Minimum Work Experience Business Knowledge of Dairy Products/FMCG industry, Multinational Companies.

product knowledge

• Understanding of

sales techniques , customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and using Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deliver or track training.

• Advance MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Data analysis

to gauge training effectiveness and sales performance improvements.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills—capable of translating technical product knowledge into clear, actionable steps for diverse audiences.

• Leadership and motivational abilities to mentor teams and encourage adoption of best practices.

• Adaptability and problem-solving—able to adjust training methods and respond to changing market or regulatory environments.

• Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport and managing relationships with trainees and stakeholders.
