Overview We are seeking an experienced

Network Support Engineer

with 7–10 years of hands-on expertise in managing, monitoring, and optimizing complex network infrastructures across on‑premises environments and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of switching, routing, wireless technologies, firewalls, CDN, and interoffice connectivity. Experience with enterprise‑grade networking tools and vendors such as Extreme, Aruba, FortiGate, and Akamai is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities Design and allocate

network addressing

for various

GCP resources . Manage and maintain

switching configurations

across all office sites. Oversee

interoffice connectivity

between office locations and the GCP infrastructure. Manage

ISP routing

across infrastructure routers and office sites, ensuring stable and optimized traffic flow. Support

physical and virtual networking

across on-prem and cloud environments (Extreme, Aruba, FortiGate, GCP). Monitor and analyze network performance across all sites using

SolarWinds VM . Troubleshoot network incidents, identify bottlenecks, and ensure high levels of network availability. Manage

Network Policy Servers (NPS)

and implement updates as required. Support firewall configurations and policies, primarily on

FortiGate

platforms. Maintain secure wireless environments and optimize wireless networks for performance and reliability. Work with

Akamai

and other CDN/network layering tools to enhance network scalability and performance.

Required Skills : Expertise in providing

network addressing

for

GCP

workloads. Strong experience managing

switching configurations

across enterprise office sites. Hands‑on experience with

SolarWinds

for network monitoring. Deep understanding of

NPS management

and configuration updates. Experience handling

ISP routing

and troubleshooting routing issues. Proficiency in

interoffice connectivity

and hybrid network models. Strong knowledge in

physical and virtual networking . Experience with the following technologies: Extreme Networks Aruba FortiGate GCP Networking Understanding of

Akamai / networking layering . Strong experience with

enterprise wireless networks .

Good‑to‑Have Skills Akamai or other

CDN

technologies. FortiGate firewall advanced configuration. Experience with

Firewall

rule design and troubleshooting. Hands‑on exposure with

NPS

enhancements. Aruba Wireless technologies. Additional wireless optimization or RF knowledge.

Soft Skills Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
