JD: Key Responsibilities · Administer Informatica IDMC / SaaS MDM environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod) · Perform user, role, and security management (SSO, access control, privileges) · Manage org setup, environments, connections, and agents · Handle deployments, upgrades, patches, and environment refreshes · Monitor jobs, services, performance, and system health · Troubleshoot platform, connectivity, and performance issues · Coordinate with Informatica support for incident and problem resolution · Manage backups, restores, and DR readiness · Support CI/CD pipelines and release management for MDM · Ensure compliance with security, governance, and audit standards · Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and admin documentation · Work closely with MDM developers, data governance, and infra teams Required Skills · 5+ years of experience in Informatica MDM / IDMC administration · Strong knowledge of Informatica IDMC platform architecture · Hands-on experience with: o User & role management o Secure Agent configuration o Environment provisioning o Connection management · Understanding of MDM concepts (entities, match-merge, survivorship) · Experience with incident management and production support · Knowledge of Cloud security, networking, and access controls · Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps, and release processes · Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
