We’ve proven that good tech can massively streamline how brokerages run. Now we’re gearing up for what’s next: deeper systems, smarter AI, and a full-stack platform that powers every step of the transaction.

To pull this off, we’re looking for a Founding Engineering Manager, someone who wants to build core systems, set the bar for engineering quality, and lead a team that’s as fast-moving as the business.

What You’ll Do: Design and own our most critical infrastructure: commissions, transactions, internal data systems for AI use-cases:

Set the technical foundation: code quality, CI/CD, security, documentation Lead and grow a lean team of engineers (expect 8–10 to start) Work side-by-side with product and design to ship things fast (and well) Help shape engineering culture, processes, and long-term architecture

What We’re Looking For: You’ve led engineering teams before (ideally 4-6 years in SaaS, fintech, or proptech) You’ve built scalable systems from the ground up, and still love rolling up your sleeves You’re comfortable in ambiguity and energized by early-stage speed You’re thoughtful about architecture but don’t get stuck in it You care about product and user impact, not just clean code

We move fast, we trust builders, and we’re allergic to red tape Salary range is INR 45,00,000 to INR 50,00,000 and is negotiable for the right, highly qualified candidate. Equity discussions will follow based on fit and long-term alignment.
