Job Description

- Design how all major applications should be built, connected, and scaled.

- Modernize old systems into cloud‑native, microservices‑based platforms.

- Own architecture decisions (build vs buy, platform choices, tech stack guidelines).

- Implement AI use cases across supply chain, sales, finance, and operations.

- Manage vendors, contracts, and total cost of ownership.

- Manage uptime, performance, and reliability of core platforms.

- Govern DevSecOps, security, and compliance.

- Partner with business leaders to create tech roadmaps.

- Build and mentor engineering + DevOps + AI teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Group IT Product Manager should have:

- Enterprise architecture experience (non‑negotiable).

- Built or re‑architected large‑scale enterprise applications/platforms.

- Strong with SAP, Salesforce, SaaS apps, APIs, microservices.

- Experience modernizing legacy systems.

- Cloud expertise - Azure/AWS.

- Architecture governance + design patterns.

- Exposure to AI concepts (RAG, orchestration, LLM integrations).

- Built internal developer platforms or reusable frameworks.

- Ran large transformation programs (>50 Cr spend).

- Understanding of FinOps and platform cost governance.

- Strong stakeholder management in matrix orgs.
