We at The Leela Ambience Gurugram are looking for the Position of Room Sales Manager with profiles who have worked in Delhi NCR market specially incase they are familiar with the Gurugram Market.
JD for the said position is :
Driving Sales : Overseeing the sales team to achieve and exceed Room sales targets.
Developing Sales Strategies : Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue.
Building Relationships : Establishing and maintaining relationships with key corporate clients.
Negotiating Agreements : Negotiating and closing agreements with large corporate clients.
Performance Analysis : Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics to suggest improvements.
Sales Forecasting : Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Develop and implement strategic room sales plans to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, luxury tour operators.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional offers.
Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of competitor trends and pricing strategies.
Lead site inspections and personalized property tours for potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with the hotelโs brand positioning and profitability goals.
Work closely with the reservations and front office teams to ensure seamless guest experiences from booking to check-out.
